Future-proofing your business requires…
Willing People, Skilled People, Culture, and Processes
Many businesses face challenges like high employee turnover, outdated software, and ineffective processes, which can waste both time and money.
I recognised that many organisations were struggling to maintain efficient operations and pinpointed the underlying cause: they needed better-organised workflows, smarter software solutions, and skilled support.
This insight inspired me to establish OSandMac Consultants—to assist businesses in effectively documenting their processes, enhancing their operations, and fostering growth without unnecessary challenges.
Moreover, I believe that no business can truly thrive without the right people equipped with the right skills.
It is essential for individuals to work in a culture that not only supports their professional development but also nurtures their personal growth.
By focusing on improving digital skills, we empower employees to contribute more effectively and ensure that the organisation as a whole can flourish.
The Why
@ontherealgee
I've always been driven by an insatiable thirst for answers, a relentless curiosity that pushes me to explore the world around me. As I dove deeper into my journey, I discovered something profound: the incredible value of capturing every single moment—whether through a snapshot, a video, an audio clip, or the written word.
Every story matters; every memory deserves to be preserved for the future.
As I grew, I started to question whether it was worth preserving content that was merely a flash in the pan. I wanted to save and share stories that resonate—narratives that offer more than just a fleeting laugh and can echo through time for future generations.
These are the stories I have chosen to document, save, and share. My path has been enriched by the skills I've cultivated in storytelling, media creation, and technical expertise.
Why do I do this?
Because while we can't capture everything, we can choose to focus on what ignites our passion and where we can truly make a difference.
I hope these tales inspire you, offer guidance, or provide valuable lessons that resonate long after our time has passed, lighting the way for those who come after us.

What I did
Formed an Apple Computer OOW Repair and Training Company.
What I learned
The learning never ends. It was essential to take my business skills and put them into action while getting a grasp on taxes, particularly the process of importing goods.
Hiring staff is non-negotiable—it's the only way to unlock your full potential and ensure you're not operating at 50% while thinking you're at 90%. When you bring someone on board as an entrepreneur, you’re reminded that you can’t give up; this journey is about more than just you.
The most crucial lesson I've learned is this: People won't negotiate with a chain business that delivers poor service. However, when you leave that same chain to start your own venture, the immediate assumption of your worthlessness is what holds back too many entrepreneurs.
It's time to shift that mindset and assert our value.

What I learned

Take a step back, bring it home, and let someone with more expertise review it. This thoughtful approach can save you from potential pitfalls and lead to better decisions!
Progress comes when the service you are offering has value. -
