Diagnostics and consultations are charged at a fixed rate of R500. (We do not charge an hourly fee) Following the consultation, the repair will be quoted based on the findings. On-site repairs will be charged at an hourly rate of R650/hr. The first hour on site is charged and part there off after that.
 The diagnostics fee for mobile devices is R300. Quotes are valid for 48 hours. After this period, the quote will automatically be rejected. A 90-day warranty is offered on repair services. However, any fault that resurfaces due to misuse by the user will not be covered by this warranty. All repair parts carry a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer of the parts. All repairs and/or upgrades will be conducted based on the faults described in the "Check-In Receipt" issued when you submit your device for repair. It is the customer's responsibility to accurately describe all faults they wish to have repaired on the "Check-In Receipt." No additional faults will be addressed unless they are obvious to our engineers, at our discretion. Failure to provide all required and correct details as outlined in the “Check-In Receipt,” including contact information and passwords, may delay your repair. We do not support piracy. Only original licensed copies of the software will be accepted to proceed with your repair. Payment is due on or before collection. Bank-approved proof of payment is required for all EFT payments. You will receive notifications, correspondence, and updates via email and telephone from our staff.

All hardware work performed by us will void your Apple warranty. In the case of accidental damage to your product, including data loss caused by pre-existing issues such as poorly configured software, hardware problems/damages, or hardware failures, you agree not to hold OSandMac and its personnel responsible for these pre-existing problems. It is your responsibility to back up your data. OSandMac and its personnel will not be responsible for data loss or any other damages.
