Booking & Payment:  Full payment is required upfront to confirm your session.  Cancellations & Rescheduling:  A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.  Session Duration:   Each session runs for the agreed duration. Any extensions will be charged accordingly.  In-Person Training (Cape Town Only):  Travel fees apply, and will be billed per/km (AA rates). Remote Training:   Conducted via Zoom video conferencing platform. Ensure a stable internet connection. Technical Requirements:   Clients must have access to their own Mac and relevant software before the session.   No-Show Policy:  If you miss your session without prior notice, it will be considered completed with no refund. Refunds & Transfers:  Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another session or individual if requested 48 hours in advance.
